Contribute to Amsterdam’s Future: test your innovation at SAIL and the Amsterdam Marathon

November 6, 2024

Are you looking for a testing ground for your innovation? SAIL and the Amsterdam Marathon present an excellent opportunity to test your ideas. These major events attract millions of visitors and come with sustainability, accessibility, and logistical challenges that need fresh solutions.

The In Residence Events program allows you to test your innovation during these public events, collaborating directly with event organizers and the City of Amsterdam. Funding is available to support your pilot, and if successful, the city may consider adopting your solution.

Applications are open from October 1 to November 17. Prepare in early 2025 and implement your innovation during summer events like SAIL. If your idea proves effective, it could also play a role in Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary celebrations.
